Your mind
can be
trained.
I'm a psychologist specialised in sports psychology, with specific training in sleep. I work with athletes, clubs and federations, give talks and see clients in individual sessions, including on sleep and rest.

Two specialities
that go together.

Sports psychology
I work with athletes, clubs, federations and young players on what happens in training and competition: emotions, pressure, confidence and focus.

DiscoverHow I work.
My way of working starts from one key idea: every person and every situation is different. That is why I adapt assessment and intervention to each person's needs, involving them actively in their own process.
First conversation
The first step is getting in touch. You can do it through any of the channels on my website: phone, WhatsApp or Instagram. This first conversation lets us understand your situation, listen to what worries you and start to see how I can support you.
Individual assessment
Assessment is adapted to each person and their context. Depending on what is needed, I combine interviews, questionnaires and direct observation in the sporting environment or through simulated situations. The aim is to understand how difficulties show up and what factors may be influencing them, beyond what happens in the consulting room.
Goals, intervention and follow-up
Goals are set together. I like each person to take an active part in defining them, thinking about what they want to improve and where they want to go. My role is to support that process, keep track of the goals and help make them concrete when needed.
Follow-up can include meetings and reports, as well as reviewing questionnaire results and, above all, progress in the sporting context. This way we can assess progress and adapt the work to the needs that come up.
A shared process, adapted to each person and connected to their reality.

Psychological work doesn't stay in the consulting room. It has to show up in the game.
