Sleep psychology
Rest
competes too.
I have specific training in sleep: a master's in Sleep Medicine and the Sleep Specialist course. I include rest in psychological work because sleep, recovery, well-being and performance are related. I work on sleep with athletes and also with people who want to look after their rest.
- Sleep and rest
- We look at how you sleep and how you rest, and what place rest has in your daily life and, if you compete, in your sport.
- Recovery
- Rest is part of recovery. We take it into account together with your daily activity, training and competition, not separately.
- Well-being and performance
- Sleep, emotional state and performance influence each other. That is why we work on them together.
